By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are:

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications on our website are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on display settings.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  1. Pricing & payment
  • All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
  • Delivery charges will be clearly shown before checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods provided.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not authorised.
  1. Delivery
  • We deliver to UK addresses unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We will notify you of any significant delays.
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once payment is received in full.
  1. Cancellations & returns
  • As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot usually be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
  1. Faulty or damaged goods
  • If goods arrive damaged or are faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

  • You may not misuse our website, interfere with security, or attempt to access unauthorised areas.
  • Content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Revilo Furniture Limited and may not be copied without permission.
